Basket Pricing:
Gift basket prices vary. Once we have discussed the occasion the gift is for, you tell us what type of budget you are working with and whether you prefer one of our ready made or custom made baskets.
Please note that because custom made baskets require special attention in order to make them personalized, they may be more expensive than our ready made options. Our hourly rate for custom basket designs using your products is $25.00/hr (minimum of 1/2 hour), plus packaging/materials used.
We will help you create a wonderful gift with all of the information you provide. Sales tax and delivery/shipping is additional.

Gift Wrapping:
Our truly delightful gift wrapping is available at a cost of only $3.95 per item. Complimentary on purchases over $35. As noted on some product pages there are some items that cannot be gift wrapped.

Corporate Services:
We can supply gifts and favors for large parties, trade shows, special events, and holiday gift lists.
Baskets and gift items are available for employee recognition, good will gesture, thank you, get well, and all occasions! We can also customize, monogram, or use a particular company logo if needed. For large orders, please call in advance to ensure that all items are on-hand and available.

Returns/Exchanges:
If there is a problem with your order or if for any reason you are not satisfied, please retain ALL products and materials. We reserve the right to request the unsatisfactory products be returned to us, prior to replacement. Failure to return the products could result in non-replacement of unsatisfactory items.

Contact us immediately (no later than 2 days from receipt for food items and 4 days for non food items). Do not send products back without first notifying us of the problem.

Gifts with a receipt of purchase may be returned for a store credit or replacement within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original resalable condition. No Cash or Credit Card Refunds. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges for customized or personalized orders.
